The debate among policymakers and the public has shifted from whether global warming is a real problem to what needs to be done about it. Business Roundtable members took a leadership role and crafted a statement that recognized the weight of scientific opinion, called for reducing GHG emissions, and offered initial recommendations on the development of effective emission reduction tools. We will continue to build on this statement.
