Ritch Allison began as Domino’s chief executive officer in July 2018, previously serving as president of Domino’s International since 2014. Domino’s is currently the world's eighth largest quick-service restaurant chain and the world’s #1 pizza company based on retail sales, with more than 15,100 stores in over 85 markets.
During the seven years Allison ran Domino’s International, since joining the company as executive vice president in 2011, the division expanded by more than 20 countries and grew by more than 5,000 stores. As of Q1 2018, Domino’s International had achieved 97 consecutive quarters of positive same stores sales growth. The international division accounts for more than one-half of the company’s global retail sales – over $6.3 billion in fiscal 2017.
Allison joined Domino’s after more than 13 years at Bain & Company Inc., a leading business consulting firm, where he was a partner and co-leader of Bain's restaurant practice, working with some of the world’s most well-known restaurant brands.
Early in his career at Bain, he worked in multiple industries including grocery, retail, specialty services, manufacturing and logistics. In addition to his experience at Bain, he worked for BellSouth Corporation in strategic development and online services.
Allison received his B.S. in business administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later earned an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, where he was named a Dean’s Scholar and received the Norman Block Award. He also serves on the UNC Board of Advisors.
He currently resides in Ann Arbor, Mich., with his wife, Susan.
