“Following House action, the Senate Finance Committee took a significant step forward on tax reform, and business leaders applaud their efforts. Business Roundtable remains committed to working with Congress to improve specific provisions that will help U.S. companies invest capital, hire workers and increase wages. When Congress reconvenes after the Thanksgiving holiday, Business Roundtable urges the House, Senate and Administration to expeditiously enact pro-growth tax reform before the end of the year, achieving a more competitive system for American businesses and tax relief for hard-working American families."
