Dallas McClendon is the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff of Public Affairs, the Vice President of Communications, and the Vice President of Marketing.
Prior to joining Business Roundtable, he was Special Assistant to the General Counsel at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative and Confidential Assistant for Government Affairs and Public Engagement at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. His work primarily focused on engaging private-sector stakeholders and state and local governments on their trade-related concerns and initiatives during trade agreement negotiations including USMCA and China Phase One.
Dallas started in Washington, DC, as a White House intern and received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Mississippi State University. He lives in the District with his dog, Brody.
