Effective January 1, 2022, Silverberg, Executive Vice President of Policy, will become President & COO.

“For five years, Marcus has been an invaluable member of the Business Roundtable team,” said Business Roundtable President & CEO Joshua Bolten. “Marcus has been a great partner and friend, and I’m pleased that he’s agreed to remain available to help craft Business Roundtable’s celebration of its 50th anniversary next fall.”
“I’ve had the privilege of working with Kristen in a range of capacities over two decades, and I’m excited to work with her in this new role. She is a skilled leader, is adept at driving thoughtful, deliberative decisions, and has deep policy expertise on the issues critical to Business Roundtable members,” added Bolten, who will continue to lead the organization as CEO.

As Executive Vice President of Policy, Silverberg currently oversees the organization’s policy team, as well as research and economic analysis. In her new role, she will help set the strategic direction of the organization and oversee its operations, policy and public affairs functions.
