Washington - Business Roundtable CEO Joshua Bolten today released the following statement after the Biden Administration announced it is banning imports of Russian oil and gas:
“Business Roundtable commends continued efforts by the Administration, in partnership with our allies and bipartisan leaders in Congress, to respond to Russia’s attack on Ukraine, including through a ban on Russian oil imports. We look forward to working with members of both parties on steps to increase our energy independence and to support our friends and allies in their efforts to decrease reliance on Russian energy.”
