Director, Digital Communications

Michelle Neal serves as Director of Digital Communications at Business Roundtable. In this role, she supports the Vice Presidents for Communications by executing digital communications strategies and maintaining the Roundtable's digital properties.

Before joining Business Roundtable in February 2023, Neal worked in dual roles at InterAction, the largest U.S.-based alliance of international non-governmental organizations, as the Senior Manager for Creative and Digital and the Senior Manager for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Prior to that, she served as the Graphic Designer at the International Republican Institute (IRI), as well as a Senior Program Associate in IRI’s Asia division.

Neal holds a B.A. in Politics from Mount Holyoke College and an M.A. in Asian Studies and Certificate in Refugees and Humanitarian Emergencies from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
