The findings:
- Business Roundtable companies pay significantly more than non-Business Roundtable companies across more than 80% of roles.
- Workers are approximately 20% more likely to be promoted from Business Roundtable companies.
- Workers are about 20% more likely to pursue education while working at Business Roundtable companies compared to other large employers.
- Business Roundtable companies spend $73 billion per year on retirement benefits; nearly 20% more per revenue dollar than non-Business Roundtable companies.
- Business Roundtable companies are approximately 80% more likely to have significant veteran workforce representation.
