Washington - Business Roundtable CEO Joshua Bolten today released the following statement after Congress approved a continuing resolution:
“Business Roundtable welcomes passage of legislation to avoid a government shutdown. Funding the government is an essential responsibility of Congress. We urge both chambers to reach a spending agreement for the remainder of the fiscal year as soon as possible.”
