Gary Wingrove
Global Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Gary is the Global Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of KPMG International.
He has many years of executive-level leadership, previously serving as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) of KPMG International from 2022 to 2026 and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of KPMG in Australia from 2013 to 2021.
As Global COO, he helped shape and execute KPMG’s global strategy, overseeing the operations of the global organization and driving major transformation initiatives.
As CEO of KPMG Australia, he set the firm’s strategic direction, oversaw its operations and presided over the principal management body, the National Executive Committee. During this time, he was also a member of KPMG’s Asia Pacific Board.
Gary’s area of client expertise includes public fairness opinions on merger and acquisition transactions; valuations of businesses, shares and intangible assets and general corporate advice related to transactions. He has also served as lead partner and account executive on a range of KPMG’s largest corporate clients.
