The SCBC developed an Onramps Guide to provide companies with 100 different starting points and growth trajectories to advance their second chance employment goals. Employers can use this guide to engage with leaders across different functions of their company to make progress across four pathways — human resources policy and practice; talent partnerships; measurement, learning and culture; and community investment and influence.
